Phase One : Concept Development

This is where a space’s overarching vision and theme are conceived and refined. It serves as a creative foundation that directs all design decisions.

Phase Two : Design Documentation

Design Documentation and specifications are essential tools for designers to communicate their vision, requirements and details to contractors, engineers and suppliers. This phase ensure that the project meets the clients expectations, budget and timeline.

Phase Three : Construction Period

This is the phase where everything comes to life. Items such as light fixtures, plumbing fixtures and furniture are installed. The designer will work with the contractors, engineers, architects, and other trade professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are successfully carried out.

Phase Four : Furnishing and Installation

This is the final phase where all the magic happens. All the interior finishings are pulled together. This is where the furniture, decor, and final touches are incorporated.

All jobs are started with a paid In Home Consultation followed by a kick off meeting. The consultations fee is $250.00 and is due at the booking.

After the consultation you will be provided with a Fee Proposal for fees during each phase. This is based off on hourly of $125.00 an hour
