About Home Staging

Every home is unique and the process may look different dependent on the needs of your home. Home Staging begins with a consultation on location. We will tour your home, note its best features and problem solve any troubling areas. We will do an inventory check within the home and note any usable items you already own. For the remaining items, we start the packing process early. We will send a proposal following the consultation to recommend what package your home requires. The next step is a staging day. We bring in our own items to add elements that are modern, attractive to the buyer demographic and photograph well. These items are also available for monthly rental. The last step is de-staging. We encourage all our clients to ask questions throughout the process, as we help to unlock your homes potential. We look forward to working with you!
